Initial Consultation: 1 hour to discuss current dietary habits, & lifestyle, goals and any nutritional questions or concerns you may have. Participants must be willing to the keep a food journal.
Weekly Follow- ups: 3o min to review food journals, discuss progress, recipes, daily tips and motivation. These sessions are a great way to hold you accountable and discuss any obstacles and successes.
Not sure where to start and don’t have the time to plan? Together we can create a custom meal plan based on your goals, lifestyle and preferences. Complete a questionnaire with current habits, preferences and goals to receive 7 days’ worth of meal plans and ideas.
For those who have specific questions about a healthy diet, supplements, whether or not the Paleo diet is right for you or if you just need reinforcement on what you are already doing. In this one-hour session we can discuss current habits and tips in improving diet and workouts and share recipes.
