“Complete 250 Burpees for time:

Minute 1: (switch every :30s)

Max Burpees

Minute 2: (each partner)

Power Clean – 3 Reps

Pull Up/Ring Row – 6 reps

*You have one minute to achieve max burpees then one minute to complete 3 Power Cleans and 8 Ring Rows. Continue alternating minutes until 250 burpees have been achieved.

**For Power Clean, use 80% of 1 RM.”
