Metcon (Time)

Teams of 2, each partner completes all work, relay style. Partner 1, completes 12 thrusters + sprint, partner 2 does 12 thrusters + sprint, etc.

For Time:

135 lb Barbell Thrusters – 12 reps

Sprint length of gym

135 lb Barbell Thrusters – 9 reps

Sprint length of gym

135 lb Barbell Thrusters – 6 reps

Sprint length of gym

135 lb Barbell Thrusters – 3 reps

Sprint length of gym

Then;

6 Rounds for Time (each partner completes 3 Rounds)

315/225 lb Deadlift – 3 Reps

Clapping Push Ups – 5 Reps

Walking Lunge – 30 reps, no weight
