Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 30 minutes:

Teams of 2

While one partner performs: AMRAP

Overhead Barbell step back lunges lunges x 12 (6 per leg)

Rope climbs 1,2, or 3 rope climbs (Choose based off individual strength)

Lateral box jump up and over x 6 per side

Partner 2: 200 meter kettlebell farmers carry

Partner 2 picks up where partner one leaves off.
