Conditioning

Metcon (No Measure)

Teams of 2:

AMRAP 15 minutes :

Partner 1 cleans barbell and holds in front rack while partner 2 does one burpee.

Partner 2 cleans barbell and holds in front rack while partner 1 does two burpees.

Partner 1 cleans barbell and holds in front rack while partner 2 does three burpees.

Partner 2 cleans barbell and holds in front rack while partner 1 does four burpees

………

If Barbell is dropped burpees stop. Burpees resume when barbell gets back in front rack

Rest 3 minutes:

For time: 200 Russian swings

Partner 1 swings while partner 2 holds handstand or Plank hold. Switch when partner holding needs to switch. Person swinging can rest/swing as needed while partner is holding
