While one partner is Holding handstand the other partner does max stone lifts. When partner holding handstand comes off wall switch. Sub overhead barbell hold.

AMRAP 8 minutes:

Calories on rower

Double kettlebell front rack hold

While one partner is Holding front rack other partner rows max calories. Switch when front rack is set down.

Score is total calories.

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 8 minutes:

Burpees box jump

Pronated hang

While one partner is Hanging other partner does max burpees. Switch when partner comes of bar.

Score is total burpee box jumps
