Teams of 2
A.) 30 Rounds of Curtis P (Relay Style, each athlete must complete 30 reps of the complex)
– Clean + Left Lunge + Right Lunge + Push Press, all at 55% Bodyweight, or 30-35% 1RM Clean
B.) Death by DL at Bodyweight + Burpees
– The first minute each partner must compelte 1 deadlift, and 1 burpee, then 2,2, 3,3, etc.
