Teams of 2, 6 Rounds (24:00 total)
4:00 to complete 2 Rounds (1 Round Partner 1, 1 Round Partner 2)
5x Over Erg Burpees
5x Thrusters @ 95/65
*If two rounds are finished in 4 minutes, rest the remainder. There is no rest between 4:00 blocks.
*If your group cannot finish 2 rounds in 4:00, you continue as an AMRAP.
*Each round should be as close to an allout sprint as possible!!!!!!
