Workout Of the Day (WOD), or constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements as programmed. The workouts are designed to be safe and effective for everyone. Whether you are trying to lose weight, get in better shape, gain strength or are a seasoned athlete, we will provide the coaching needed to meet your goal. This is the main hub of our programs, with hour-long classes consisting of warm-up, strength work, and conditioning.
Our introduction to CrossFit. Foundations is a four week course that takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In a small group setting, we cover the essential movements of the CrossFit methodology. Our coaches keep this class comprehensive, diverse, and fun by teaching a different skill set on each day. Once you complete this course, you can either move onto more advanced programs or you can continue developing your skills in Foundations until you feel comfortable to move on.
Work one-on-one with a coach who will custom design your programming week to week to either work in conjunction with, or completely independent of the CrossFit classes based on your individual goals and needs. A coach is not with you for your workouts, but acts more as an individual consultant.

Small group kids’ classes with a sports development- minded focus. Basic fitness skills are taught in a fun environment to help develop kids balance and agility, and foster an overall healthy lifestyle. This class is also a great way for kids to develop leadership and communication skills within a team environment.
This class focuses predominantly on carries, holds, unilateral and multi-planar strength work to increase both strength and range of motion in the often missed gaps in regular CrossFit programming. If you are expecting to simply roll around on a foam roller and hit some light stretching, you will be in for a pleasant surprise for how strength based this class is! Designed weekly to work in conjunction with our regular CrossFit classes, you will build the much needed resiliency to keep you feeling not only strong but healthy and pain free to tackle anything life or CrossFit throws at you.
