Mike has dedicated his life to helping people train with purpose. For more than a decade, he’s coached athletes ranging from everyday gym members to competitive and tactical professionals—guiding each one toward becoming stronger, more capable, and more resilient.
As a former athlete, Mike brings both experience and perspective to his coaching. He believes great training isn’t about chasing exhaustion, but about building something that lasts—strength, confidence, and discipline that carry beyond the gym.
Alongside his work at CrossFit Buffalo, Mike runs Peak Performance Programming, where he designs individualized training systems that bridge elite performance and everyday life. His approach blends science, structure, and intuition, always focused on helping people move well, stay durable, and train with intent for years to come.
