Our Build program is a strength focused class that serves to develop quality movement patterns, correct muscular imbalances that can lead to injury, increase functional strength, and improve aesthetics. Our Foundations classes focus on the fundamental principles of human movement and body awareness that will serve all individuals looking to develop confidence and capability for all of our other classes.

Often times someone has a specific goal or individual accommodations that would optimize their training that go beyond the generalized programming of classes, but does not require the eyes-on presence of personal training. Personal programming allows for a customized training schedule that can be done either in house or remotely allowing for a tailored approach with maximal flexibility.
